I made this set of 30 handmade journals for musician John Vanderslice. They were created as merch for his 2007 spring tour of the US (dates will be announced soon; you can view them here). Each journal is approximately 6"x9" with 50 blank, unlined pages (handbound) and handpainted canvas covers. Each painting is a recreation of various album artwork from John's albums. Each journal is signed and numbered by me. Clicking on an image will open the full size in a new window.

The artwork was recreated with the permission of JV and was originally done by several artists for his albums, including Joe Williams, Eric Fisher, Andy Myers, Sam Trout, and Aesthetic Apparatus.
